Welcome to Pivot Preps (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using PivotPreps.com (the “Website”), booking sessions, or participating in any services provided by Pivot Preps, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Website or services.
Pivot Preps provides online educational coaching and training sessions (the “Services”) conducted primarily through live, one-on-one video sessions. These sessions are designed for adults (18 years or older) and are available for booking directly through our website, PivotPreps.com.
By using our Website and Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or, if booking on behalf of a minor, that you are the parent or legal guardian responsible for the minor’s participation (see Section 8 below).
Coaching sessions are available between 5:00 AM and 6:30 PM Mountain Time Zone (UTC −6), provided that no other sessions are already booked.
Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once a session is scheduled and payment is received, the client will receive confirmation via email.
Clients must attend their scheduled session on time.
If a client does not attend a scheduled session, Pivot Preps will attempt to contact the client using their registered email address.
If the client does not attend and does not contact Pivot Preps by the end of the scheduled session, the session will be marked as a “No Show.”
No Show sessions are not eligible for refund or automatic rescheduling.
However, if the client contacts Pivot Preps within 48 hours of the missed session and provides a reason for the absence, Pivot Preps may—at its discretion—reschedule or issue credit for a future session.
Clients may reschedule any session by emailing [email protected] at least four (4) hours before the scheduled start time.
Requests received within four (4) hours of the session start time will be handled at the sole discretion of Pivot Preps.
Pivot Preps reserves the right to deny late rescheduling requests.
Sessions are conducted online, primarily via Zoom, with the client’s camera required to be on.
If Zoom is not available or the client prefers a different service, Pivot Preps will provide an alternative secure meeting platform.
Clients may record their sessions for personal review. Pivot Preps does not automatically record sessions unless mutually agreed upon.
Clients must behave respectfully and professionally during all sessions.
Hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Clients must remain fully clothed during the entire session.
If inappropriate behavior occurs, the session will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued.
All payments for sessions are processed securely through Stripe.com.
Pivot Preps does not store or have access to clients’ full credit card numbers.
A valid credit card is required for all subscription plans.
Clients with weekly subscriptions may skip a future week by notifying Pivot Preps during a session or by emailing [email protected].
If a payment fails, Pivot Preps will contact the client by email.
All unpaid sessions will be placed on hold until payment is successfully processed.
Clients may manage their account and subscription at any time by visiting PivotPreps.com and selecting “Manage Your Account” at the top of the page.
From there, clients can log into their Stripe account to update payment information, manage billing, or modify subscriptions.
Refunds are only issued in cases where Pivot Preps cancels or fails to deliver a scheduled session and the client does not agree to a rescheduled time.
No refunds will be issued for No Shows or violations of the conduct policy.
All services are intended for adults aged 18 and older.
For individuals under 18, a parent or legal guardian (age 18 or older) must book and pay for the session.
The parent or guardian must be present for the entire duration of the online session.
Pivot Preps reserves the right to refuse service to minors not accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Clients may record sessions for personal use only. Redistribution or publication of session content is prohibited without written consent from Pivot Preps.
Pivot Preps follows its Privacy Policy regarding all data collection, storage, and communications.
By using our services, clients agree to the terms outlined in that policy, including the use of third-party services such as Google Analytics, Meta Advertising, Google Ads, HoneyBook, and Stripe.
Pivot Preps reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, emergencies, illness). In such cases, clients will be offered a new session time or a full refund.
Pivot Preps may refuse or terminate service at any time if a client violates these Terms, exhibits inappropriate conduct, or otherwise disrupts the service.
All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Pivot Preps makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or improvements resulting from coaching sessions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pivot Preps and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or Services, including but not limited to data loss, missed sessions, or scheduling errors.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Pivot Preps may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the Website with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
